Validus Business Strategies has assisted the City of Centreville in many aspects of development and community enrichment. Previously, Centerville had no new development for the last 37 years. With the assistance of Validus Business Strategies Centreville elected a new Mayor and city council members, acquired $3.8M with 35 new jobs, and expanded the Crown Food Mart. The Crown Food Mart is an eight bay shopping center including a grocery store and a gas station. Additionally, new cross walks were installed and speed limits were reduced around the Touchette Elderly Apartments. This assists patients, visitors and employees in ease of access and safety.
